We collect information about you for 3 reasons: firstly, to understand your medical history to ensure the treatment we use is safe for you to undertake; secondly, to process any online enquiries and thirdly to provide you with the best possible service.

We will only hold the following information about you:

  • mobile phone number
  • email address

We will never collect additional information about you without informing you of this beforehand.

The data we hold will be accurate and up to date. You are entitled to check the information that we hold about at any time. If you find any inaccuracies, we will amend it accordingly.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymised string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
